FARMERS ARE RETURNING HOME AFTER GOVERNMENT ACCEPTS PENDING DEMANDS

Singhu Border: After receiving the former letter from the center, farmers are returning to their homes from Singhu Boarder after one year of starting the protest. Framers’ announced that they will return to their respective homes on 11th December.

The Executive Member of Bharatiya Kisaan Union said “We have won this battle after the struggles of a year-long protest. We are happy that the Central government has agreed to fulfill our pending demands. We are doing packing here and will return to our homes at 9 am on December 11”, reported India TV.

Vast areas of the Singhu border lay vacant as several farmers have bundled up and returned to their homes, the site is cluttered with stairs, poles, and trampolines. Farmers are packing their belongings and leaving the site.

The Delhi police have removed layered barricades from all three sites in different phases.

Haryana Traffic police are working to ensure a smooth flow of traffic while farmers will be returning to their homes via road.
