FOUR INDIAN SHOOTERS TOOK THEIR LIFE IN AN YEAR

Young minds are stopping to believe in themselves, it is an alarming sign for countries like India where the majority population is youth.

In the course of the last four months, four shooters took their own life. Two of these cases are related to stress of performance-says the reports. The other two cases do not have specific reason but it was caused because of mixed situations.

In September, one shooter named Namanveer Singh Brar from Mohali took his life, who was a bronze medalist from World University Games. Next month, a state level shooter Hunardeep Singh Sohal took his life because his injury was becoming a hurdle in his career. Pistol Shooter Khushseerat Kaur Sandhu took her life earlier this month. After a few days, rifel shooter Konika Layak took her life.

The last two years have been extremely difficult for the world. It has left a lasting impact on our mental health. And the effect of that stress is now very much vissible.
