41-year-old Harbhajan Singh announces his retirement from all formats of matches after 23 successful years in cricket. Harbhajan Singh is among India’s most cherished and loved ballers.

The Jalandhar player has played in 103 Tests, 236 ODIs, and 28 T20s for Team India in his 23 years of cricket career.

“All things come to an end as I bid adieu to the game that has given me everything in life, I would like to thank everyone who has made this 23-year long journey beautiful and memorable. My heartfelt Thank you, Grateful! – wrote Harbhajan in his Tweet as he announces his retirement.

His overall record makes him the second most successful baller in the international cricketer of India with a tally of 707 strikes, only being Anil Kumble with 953 strikes.

He made his debut in 1998 ODI against New Zealand at Sharjahan. He last played for the country in 2016, against UAE in Dhaka.
