On Wednesday, Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal stated that India is on the path to growth through innovation and digitalization and that government policies have produced immense resources available for deployment in the country.
“Greetings on the 73rd Gantantradivas! ‘Economic expansion would bring wealth to the nation,’ stated Chanakya 2,300 years ago. India, which is teeming with vibrant millennials and entrepreneurial women, is on the way to progress through innovation and digitization,” in a statement, Agarwal said.
He went on to explain that the entire globe wants to visit India and that the country’s 10,000-year history has the potential to grow tourism tenfold.
“The development of infrastructure and real estate should be supported. The development of India’s immense talent in culture, liberal arts, and crafts is a priority for us. These should be fostered and nurtured so that they can become a source of income and pass on our rich culture and history while also reducing the urge to pursue mainstream occupations. Decisions are made faster and more efficiently today thanks to intelligent and dedicated officials and one of the best judiciaries in the world”, added Anil Agarwal.
He wants to manage existing manufacturing enterprises, including government companies, to their maximum capacity, which may result in nearly twice to three times the production outcomes, as well as a push to reopen all of the country’s shuttered units, which might create more jobs and opportunities.
For ease of doing business, government and forest clearances should be self-certified, so that more industrial units can be developed with an eye on the environment, reducing our country’s reliance on imports, according to Agarwal.
“Our money, according to Indian texts, should be used to help the needy. People who are wealthy should use their resources to help those who are less fortunate. Let us strive together to make India a developed country, where everyone has a job, access to education, healthcare, and housing, and no child goes hungry. #SabkaSaathSabkaVikas”, he stated.
