Canada: The situation has gone out of control in the capital of Canada due to the ongoing protest by truckers that have blocked central  Ottawa near Parliament Hill which has created issues for the state.

The truckers had started protesting and blocking roads after the decision of the country that all truckers have to be fully vaccinated to cross the US-Canada border.

Due to the growing situation which is worsening Canada’s capital mayor Mayor Jim Watson declared a state of emergency that will help in clearing the city hall area.

The protesters had first reached the capital on January 29 2022 and now they have parked their truckers and put up tents and temporary shacks that have stopped the working of Ottawa.

In his statement, Mayor Watson said, “ It reflects the serious danger and threat to the safety and security of the residents posed by the ongoing demonstrations and highlights the need for support from other departments and levels of the government”.

“Clearly we are outnumbered and we are losing this battle. We have to get our city back.” the Mayor added in his statement to CFRA radio.

Now, what will the state do next or how the truckers association will react to the emergency state will be notably seen.
